Ultimately this was financially a hard month for me. I had an accident with my tires that took a huge hit on me, had to go to the doctor and it cost a lot of money, and Dinah had dental surgery that was expensive. I felt down and depressed I felt like nothing I did was good enough for me to get better. Covid took huge impact on my savings. In May 2020 I had enough money to pay half of my student loans and now I’m left with barely anything. I tend to be a frugal person. The things I’ve mentioned in this video were mostly from gift cards. It’s funny how being an influencer means you have to spend money. I would love to make money in this, but I can’t do it without support, I appreciate when my friends and followers interact with my content. I like to make my content look cute because shit, I need to romanticize simple things sometimes. I keep real with you guys though 100% I share my good days and my bad days a lot through all social media platforms. I kinda hate how some people are like, “it’s not natural..it’s set up” excuse the fuck out of me if I like making things cute and sweet. I’ve never been happy at home. I had a lot of shit to deal with growing up. The only time the sun peaked through my old apartment with my family was in the kitchen or bathroom. All the other windows were blocked my boxes and stuff. When I moved to Long Beach I saw the room has open windows and a balcony and that was important to me. The bright sun was important because for so long I didn’t have that. I love natural lighting so if I make a cute little set up of a photo I take IMMENSE pride in it because I was able to make this photo so beautiful with sunlight. Personally I’m sharing this because when I take a bomb ass picture of something or myself I feel satisfied, I feel content in what I’ve done.
